Hotel a Melody Key

“Our rooms appliances were very worn. Washer and dryer were very loud when using. No phones to call front desk. Master bathroom door locks were broken and my daughter got locked in. Our main door didn't lock so we had to move a table in Front of it, so we knew if someone was coming in. No pool towels were available on Thursday of our stay. None got cleaned. Then you had to go to the front desk, out of pool area across the street to get them on Saturday, had to wait in the check in line to ask for...

“Alloggiamo qui durante il tragitto per Key West. Camera grande per 5 persone, pulita e comoda. Ristorante carino anche se non nr abbiamo usufruito.”

La posizione non è eccellente ma giusta per il costo soprattutto rispetto alla media del posto e la cosa fantastica è che dalla mattina alle 8 alla sera alle 11 c’è una navetta tutte le ore che ti porta in centro a Key West così non hai problemi di parcheggio. “Very nice and clean ”

“Personale gentile e camera oltre le aspettative per essere un 3 stelle... camera pulita, letti confortevoli... Unica pecca la colazione... personalmente avrei preferito una scelta più varia nei dolci”

“La struttura non ha nessun accesso alla spiaggia ma ha un bel giardino e piscina. Però è attaccato all'aereoporto e quindi spesso rumorosi aerei passano sopra il resort nella fase di decollo. Queste due cose non fanno una atmosfera da vancanza, ma sembra più un business hotel. Per quanto riguarda l'accomodation il nostro appartamento era spazioso e ben arredato e la cucina con ogni confort e supellettile.”

“Everything the description states is inaccurate. The Host was not available at any time, it plain as day states to contact host for gate code and I notified 24hrs before, I called at 1pm the next day, no response, I called at 3pm and texted that i would arrive at house by 5pm like check in states with no response, I stopped for lunch and my new arrival was at 6pm, which is the time I arrived at the house, I called several times to host for gate code, and no success again, It was frustrating I...

“They did not have a room for me when i arrived. Said there was nothing they could do. I was left stranded and ended up paying twice the price for a worst room which was all I could find.”

“The host team is amazing and very responsive. The house is very beautiful inside and out. We loved grilling downstairs, so much room down there. We loved our stay here because it was very secluded, unlike Key West, where you are on top of each other. The location is perfect because you can still make it down to Key West in 25 minutes for activities and food.”
